IPS PRODUCT RANGE

Here at BioClad®, you’ll find a fantastic range of healthcare IPS units to suit a variety of different environments. Our IPS panels, or integrated plumbing systems, offer a discreet design that’s been specifically manufactured to house important pipework; providing a clean, contemporary and aesthetically pleasing finish, with a range of styles that simultaneously solves a list of common trade problems. All healthcare IPS units take full advantage of our antimicrobial technology, as seen in our antimicrobial wall cladding products, as well as being fully compliant with HBN-0010 Part C. Further options include seamless joints, eliminating the need for flashbacks, and a lightweight, fully waterproof PVC core.

‘Bioclad IPS’ are modern made to measure modular IPS units designed to encapsulate the services and pipework for an aesthetically pleasing hygienic finish to a common trade problem. Pre-fabricated with as few joints as practical, fully wrapped in Bioclad antimicrobial PVC for an ultra-hygienic unit. Each IPS unit has hinged and lockable access panels for security and ease of maintenance to the services.

BioClad are partnering with major sanitaryware manufacturers, and are therefore able to competitively offer our IPS units supplied with or without HBN-0010 Part C compliant sanitaryware.

Size: 3050mm x 1440mm

Thickness: 2mm

Suitable Substrates: 12.5mm plasterboard, mechanically fixed plywood, sand and cement rendering 1:3 with steel trowel finish, dust-free good quality fair-faced brick or blockwork, ceramic tiles which are securely bonded to substrate and degreased, 9mm (minimum) W.B.P resin bonded to substrate.

Fire Behaviour:

UK – BS 476 Part 6 and part 7 Class 1 / 0 (when bonded to non-combustible substrate)

Chemical resistance: BioClad® is resistant to a wide range of chemicals found within the medical, healthcare and food production industries – Full chemical resistance data report available on request.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Regular hot soapy water is sufficient for regular cleaning and a mild cleaning product such as Jif/Cif is suitable for stubborn marks. Mild solvents may also be used but NOT an abrasive cleaner. Steam cleaning is suitable under 60˚C and power hosed no closer than 600mm.
